NEIGHBORS FILE PETITION TO STOP THE CAR SHOW BY RICK ROSS’ AND LIL WAYNE

 

Rick Ross is set to host his second annual “Rick Ross Promise Land Car & Bike Show” on June 3rd at his Promise Land residence in Fayetteville, Georgia. However, Ross’ neighbors are attempting to have the show cancelled due to last year’s event causing major traffic in the area. The Fayette County Board of Commissioners held a meeting on Tuesday (April 25) where neighbors signed petitions and voiced their concerns. One resident stated that it took 40 minutes to leave their subdivision due to the traffic.

The car show is set to include a performance by Lil Wayne and a chance for the winner to receive an iced-out key-shaped necklace from Rick Ross himself. Ross showed off the necklace on his Instagram story, describing it as “14 karat gold, all VS1, emerald cut stones.”

This is not the first time Ross’ neighbors have had issues with him. In March 2023, Ross had to respond to complaints about his herd of buffaloes roaming around in his neighbor’s yard. He posted a video on social media telling his neighbors to feed the animals and make sure they had collars on them. Despite the complaints, the car show is still scheduled to take place in June.
